PMS module features are,
Property
We can create properties and set various types of details for a property. Property
page will allow users to manage their detailed information like property general
information , management, floors, extra details like suggested properties, nearest
places. In order to create the property the user has to mention the property name,
owner, analytic distribution and property information inside the property and lessor
under the management.

Create properties in different units. If there is any running contract here, Please
cancel the contract before confirming. Unit page will allow users to manage their
detailed information like unit general information , deposits, contracts, rooms, iCal.
In order to create the unit the user has to mention the unit name, property, property
usage.
Click on the ‘+’ button, then it automatically assigns the analytic account based on
the company.
Here we can choose a property, then it automatically fills the lessor and landlord
and here also visible all units under property.
It shows the contract under the unit.
We can see the ical details.
Room
Room page will allow users to manage their detailed information like room type,
unit/flat/villa, count, details.
Landlords
Landlord list view contains name, phone, email, salesperson, nextactivity, city,
state, country, company, tax_id, tags. Landlord page will allow users to manage
their detailed information like landlord general information , contact and addresses,
sales, purchase, fiscal information, misc under the sales and purchase tab, bank
accounts and accounting entries under the invoicing tab, and internal notes. In
order to create the landlord the user has to mention the landlord name, nationality,
accounting entries.
Tenants
Tenant and Landlord forms are the same containing the same information. Odoo
Property Management System will help you to manage your tenant.Tenant detail
allows the user to create tenants and maintain their details into the system.
Contract
Long-Term Contract
Manage long-term contracts, cover all information related to tenants and the
property, and control payment in proper ways beside that the Contract details
cover:

in draft state, in order to start the contract the user has to mention the unit under the
property details and tenant under the tenant details in the contract information.
Then its related property is automatically filled and select some other required details only.
Management
Tenant, Landlord, Management forms are the same containing the same
information. Odoo Property Management System will help you to manage your
management. Management detail allows the user to create management and
maintain their details into the system.
Contacts
Tenant, Landlord, Management, Contacts forms are the same containing the same
information. Odoo Property Management System will help you to manage your
contacts. Contact detail allows the user to create contact and maintain their details
into the system.
Banks
Odoo Property Management System will help you to manage your banks. Bank
detail allows the user to create a bank and maintain their details into the system.
Gas Bill Management
Gas Bill Management page will allow users to manage their to the point detailed
information like property details, reading details. At the initial stage, the gas billing
management is in draft state, controlling gas billing by determining the period and
contract, property, units under the property details, and billing reading details.
It automatically generates the previous amount based on previous current reading.
Change on current reading, it calculates the unit consumed that is the difference of
current reading and previous reading.
If you verified everything then you can confirm the gas billing, create an invoice
based on units consumed and lpg charge, maintenance charge, admin charges. We
can see all created invoice.
